Welcome to Hoolifit!

By placing an order on our website or social media store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We’re a small but mighty South African clothing brand run by 11-year-old Cael and his team of grown-up helpers — so please read the below carefully!

🛒 Ordering

  • All our t-shirts are made-to-order using print-on-demand services.

  • Once your order is placed and payment is received, it goes straight into production — so please double-check sizes and designs before confirming.

  • You’ll receive an email or message when your order is confirmed, and another once it’s shipped.

🧾 Payments

  • All payments are made securely via [insert payment method, e.g. PayFast, EFT, or PayPal].

  • Your payment must clear before we begin production.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver anywhere in South Africa.

  • Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on where you are.

  • You’ll get a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

  • 🔁 Exchange & Return Policy

    We want you to love your Hoolifit tee, but if something’s not right, we’ve got your back.

    ✅ Exchanges (SA Only)

    You may exchange your shirt within 7 days of receiving your order if:

    • The size is incorrect, or

    • The product arrived damaged or defective.

    ⛔️ We cannot exchange:

    • Items that have been worn or washed

    • Custom designs made especially for you

    • Orders where incorrect size was chosen but we followed your order exactly
      (We’ll always include size charts to help you pick!)

    🔁 How to Exchange:

    1. Email us at [your email address] within 7 days with your order number and reason for exchange.

    2. We’ll confirm if it qualifies and share the return details.

    3. You send it back (shipping at your cost).

    4. Once we receive it in perfect condition, we’ll send your new size (shipping at our cost).

    💸 Refunds

    We do not currently offer refunds unless the item is:

    • Defective, and

    • Cannot be replaced.

    All refunds are subject to approval.
