The following disclaimer outlines the terms and conditions for the merchandise services provided by Steele Model Studio (“Seller”). By utilising the merchandise services, the customer (“Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Product Descriptions and Images a. The Seller makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the product descriptions, images, and information provided are accurate and up to date. However, the Seller does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information. b. The Customer understands that variations may occur in the appearance, color, and dimensions of the products due to factors beyond the Seller’s control, such as manufacturing processes or individual monitor settings.

2. Product Availability a. The Seller strives to maintain a sufficient inventory of merchandise to fulfill Customer orders. However, the availability of merchandise is subject to change without prior notice. b. In the event that a merchandise item ordered by the Customer is out of stock or unavailable, the Seller will notify the Customer promptly and may provide alternative options or a refund for the unavailable item.

3. Shipping and Delivery a. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to ensure that merchandise items are packed securely and shipped promptly to the designated shipping address. However, the Seller does not guarantee specific delivery times or dates, as these may be affected by factors beyond its control, including carrier delays or customs clearance procedures. b. The Customer acknowledges that any estimated delivery times provided are only approximate and may vary.

4. Customization and Personalization a. The Seller may offer customization or personalization options for certain merchandise items. The Customer acknowledges that such customization or personalization may have limitations or additional costs. b. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete customization or personalization instructions. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to fulfill these instructions, but does not guarantee the exact outcome or accept responsibility for any errors or discrepancies resulting from incorrect or incomplete instructions.

5. Liability a. The Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its merchandise services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of business opportunities. b. The Customer acknowledges that they assume all risks associated with the use of the merchandise services, including but not limited to any issues arising from the products, delivery, or customization.

6. Returns and Refunds a.The Seller’s return and refund policies shall apply to all merchandise purchases made by the Customer. The Customer shall familiarize themselves with these policies before making a purchase. c. All merchandise available for purchase on the online store is produced through a custom printing process. Due to the nature of custom printing, exchanges or refunds for merchandise with incorrect sizes or colours ordered are not permissible. Furthermore, damaged items are also not eligible for returns.

7. Intellectual Property a. The Seller retains all intellectual property rights in its merchandise, including but not limited to designs, logos, and trademarks. The Customer shall not reproduce, modify, or distribute any copyrighted or trademarked materials without the Seller’s prior written consent.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Steele Model Studio operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to the merchandise services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
