Terms and Conditions of Sale

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) carefully before placing an order with our clothing store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders – All orders placed through our website or in-store are subject to acceptance by the Store. The Store reserves the right to refuse any order.
2. Payment – Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. The Store accepts payment by credit card & debit card.
3. Delivery – The Store will use its best efforts to deliver the ordered items to you as soon as possible after receipt of payment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Store will not be liable for any delay in delivery.
4. Risk and Ownership – Risk in the ordered items will pass to you on delivery. Ownership in the ordered items will only pass to you on receipt of full payment by the Store.
5. Cancellation – Orders may not be cancelled once payment has been received by the Store.
6. Returns and Exchanges – The Store does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. No refunds will be given.
7. Limitation of Liability – The Store will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any delay in delivery, any loss or damage to the ordered items in transit, or any other act or omission by the Store, its agents or contractors. The Store’s liability for any other loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the price paid for the ordered items.
8. Indemnification – You agree to indemnify the Store and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction – These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
10. Protection of Personal Information (POPI) – The Store is POPI compliant and will take all reasonable measures to protect your personal information. The Store may use your personal information for marketing purposes, but will not disclose it to any third party without your consent.
11. Entire Agreement – These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Store with respect to the sale of the ordered items and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
12. Amendments – The Store may amend these Terms from time to time without notice to you. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Store’s website.

By placing an order with our Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
