1. Products

All items are made to order using print-on-demand services. Colors and sizing may vary slightly depending on stock and printing.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–5 working days (production time).

Delivery across South Africa typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on location.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Returns & Refunds

Because items are custom-printed, we only accept returns if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos and your order number.

Refunds will be processed once the return has been approved.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (PayFast / Yoco / EFT).

We do not store or have access to your credit card or banking details.

5. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is used only to process and deliver your order.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
