Returns/Refund Policy

Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof, return the item & request a refund. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• If you have an issue with your order, contact TeePrint directly within 30 days of product delivery and return the affected garment/garments to TeePrint. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement at no cost to you. Some issues do not qualify for replacement, they are outlined below:

1. Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Once an Order has been sent to production the User can no longer edit the details of the Order or cancel it. If the shipment details are incorrect, or the Customer ordered the wrong size or color, TeePrint is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. The Customer is responsible for relaying the correct information.
2. The Production times listed on the Website of 4-7 days are estimated average times and are in no way guaranteed. If Your Order seems to be taking an unusually long time to be produced or delivered, please contact us. If the Produced Order is lost during Shipment, TeePrint will investigate and may provide replacements when appropriate.
3. If shipping was not calculated at checkout for any reason or non-reason, such as choosing the incorrect shipping method, or the incorrect area was supplied, and shipping was not added. If not personally collecting, payment for shipping must be made in full and proof of payment sent before the goods will be shipped.
4. If a customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
5. Exchanges and returns based on incorrect sizes being chosen cannot be made as these are unique products that are custom printed. Once your sizes are chosen, they are final. It is therefore important you check sizes guides either by requesting them from us or checking them on the product.  Please always allow for a 1-2cm difference in sizes before and after washes. Our size guides are as accurate as possible however not all garments are 100% Identical.

• To be eligible, the item must be faulty (incorrect print compared to what was selected) or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind. Please return if the product is faulty or damaged.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If it is approved, then your replacement will be processed. The details around this will be communicated with you.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
